Phi Phi Twin Palms Bungalow - Phi Phi Don

We had a fantastic location right next to the beach at Phi Phi Twin Palms Bungalow. The staff provided excellent service and ensured our safety with 24-hour security. The rooms were basic but good value for the price, and the air conditioning unit was worth the extra cost. Despite the loud music from the nearby bar, we enjoyed our stay over the new year period and would recommend this hotel for a fun and lively experience.

the location is great...right on the beach and the late nightbeach parties are always awesome!

the price isnt reasonable.... you can find much better places at better rates nearby... and anywhere in phi phi is atmost a 5 min walk to the beach

Near beach and party, fore younger folks

Small bungalows, dirty and cockroaches...

The location was perfect, right on the beach and just a few meters away from the crystal-clear waters. The bungalows themselves were cozy and beautifully designed, with a relaxed beach vibe that instantly put me in vacation mode. I loved waking up to the sound of gentle waves and feeling the refreshing sea breeze on my face.

The location is the best on the island without a doubt! Great for nightlife as the best club (in my opinion) is next door! Can't sleep before 2, but who sleeps before 2 on Phi Phi anyway? The rooms have aircon which works well, comfy beds and a nice shower. Everybody was jealous of our place :D

It was perfect for me. It does not have a T.v., but you don't want a T.V. on phi phi, get out there it is heaven on earth! There are no real hotel facilities, there is a front desk, but on the island all you want is a comfy bed in a great location (the cheapness of the hotel was just an added bonus)

The worst place ever.... The music is so increadible loud till 3 in the morning sometimes even ear plugs can not help!!!! If you usually sleep at night and not plan to party till the morning avoid this place!!!! It was the feeling that you sleep right in the middle of the club and this was with ear plugs!

10-15 meters from Ton-sai beach. Staff were very helpfully. Wonderful place during the day. Great for going partying.

Being so close to the beach it was noisey from the beach parties - as you might expect. Nothing ear-plugs couldn't fix.

Nice place right on the beach. Quite clean and you had laundry services and booking services as well.

The music from the beach is annojying. You can't go to sleeo before 2 am. We had to get airplugs to sleep. Quite expensive rates.

Stuff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel is best for young party animals. Do not go there with family and babyes.

The volume of the besides bar is not only loud but very very loud! It is like your bed is in the middle of a disco club. They took my credicard and charged 3,5% more without asking me for this. They did not honor the total amount announced by Booked.net!

If u wanna party this is the place. Is Next to the beach and the loud music, music is cool though but doesnt stop til After 2am. Also there is no hot water and the morning receptionist is a bitch.

The bungalows are in a great location, literally 30 seconds from the beach and have a nice little porch area which is great to sit and have a drink on in the evening or to get some shade during the day. They have a nice rustic beachy feel and have a bit more character than a regular hotel or hostel.

As budget travellers we didn't have a problem with the cleanliness of the bungalows, but older or more fussy travellers should be aware that they are quite rustic. For the price we paid we were happy though!

Good location.

Everything else is bad. 1. Noise. Music goes on blasting until minimum 2.30 a.m. from the two bars on the beach. You also get the music from the street (a tattoo shop precisely) until later still. 2. Dirty room. The room was an absolute mess : it was dirty, you have no sheets in the bed, just a dirty towel, the "bathroom" is horrible, holes in the walls, awful smell, only cold water. The bungalow smelled of warm urine, all through our stay. You have to go to the reception to have your room cleaned, and they do it hours later and it's no better than before afterwards … We felt filthy as hell while staying there, just horrible. 3. Cockroaches. The place is literally infested with cockroaches. Just on the path to the bungalows, we saw three cockroaches, very big ones. Cats play with them. We also saw one on our neighbours' door one night. We put insecticide everywhere in our bungalow and killed two cockroaches like that, in our bathroom. We only stayed two nights … Our suggestion : do NOT book a room there, or, like us, your dream holidays will turn into nightmare.

It has a toilet.

This "hotel" is about 3 times more expensive than what you get if you walk 5 minutes in any direction. It's loud, over-priced and it's right next to a cheesy -commercial-teenage disco. So forget sleeping. It's also not very good for meeting people.
